SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is processed (2–5 business days), standard delivery takes 5–10 business days within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Where do you ship from?
All Vitawise orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up to our email list to be notified.
I haven't received my tracking number — what should I do?
Tracking information is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it after 5 business days from ordering, contact us at vitawise.supps@gmail.com.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it — what should I do?
Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly early. Please wait 24–48 hours and check with neighbours or building management. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at vitawise.supps@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship to US addresses only. We hope to expand to more countries in the future — follow us on Instagram and Facebook for updates.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept refund or return requests within 14 days of delivery for damaged items, wrong items received, or orders lost in transit. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement products for change of mind.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at vitawise.supps@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
I received the wrong item — what do I do?
Please contact us at vitawise.supps@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll get the correct item sent out to you right away.
How long does a refund take?
Once your refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's been processed.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at vitawise.supps@gmail.com if you need to cancel. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfilment has begun. If your order has already shipped, it will need to go through our returns process.

Are Vitawise supplements safe?
All Vitawise supplements are manufactured at FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities and undergo third-party laboratory testing for purity, potency, and safety. That said, we always recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking prescription medication.
Are your products suitable for vegans/vegetarians?
Many of our products are vegan-friendly and non-GMO. Please check the individual product page for full ingredient and suitability information.
Can I take multiple Vitawise supplements together?
Most of our supplements can be taken alongside one another. However, we recommend consulting your doctor or a qualified nutritionist before combining multiple supplements, particularly if you are on prescription medication.
How long before I see results?
This varies depending on the supplement and the individual. Some customers notice changes within the first 1–2 weeks; others find it takes 4–8 weeks of consistent daily use. Supplements work best as part of a healthy lifestyle — including a balanced diet and regular physical activity.
Do your products contain allergens?
Allergen information is listed on each individual product page. If you have a specific allergy concern, please review the full ingredient list before purchasing, or contact us at vitawise.supps@gmail.com.
Are your products FDA approved?
Dietary supplements in the United States are not required to be FDA approved before going to market. However, all Vitawise products are manufactured in FDA-registered facilities that follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, and are third-party tested for quality assurance. Our products comply with all applicable US supplement regulations.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Use the link provided in the email to track your package in real time.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes cannot be guaranteed. Please email vitawise.supps@gmail.com immediately after placing your order if you need to make a change.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and other payment options available at checkout.
I entered the wrong address — what do I do?
Please contact us at vitawise.supps@gmail.com immediately. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we may be able to update the address. Once dispatched, we cannot redirect packages.
Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
